This site looks at various racks that are suitable for use with panniers, and includes many that are suitable for cyclists with big feet, and with bicycles with short frames. I have not used all of these racks. The inclusion of a rack on this site is based on the dimensions and other design characteristics of the rack.
If you know of any good racks that I missed, please let me know. Do not recommend any rear racks that do not have three support struts, or two struts plus some sort of cross bracing. Click here to send me an e-mail.

It would be highly
unlikely to find many of these racks in a
bicycle shop in the U.S., with very few exceptions for exceptionally good shops.
In most cases you'll need to order these racks online or over the phone. Some of the
racks are not available in the U.S.. If a rack is sold in the U.S. I include
a U.S. flag symbol
in the listing.
Best Buy Award
The racks which I feel are the best in terms of features, quality, price, and availability are indicated with my "Best Buy" symbol. This award is only available to racks that I have at least physically evaluated, even if I haven't purchased the rack.
